Cancellation Policy (Rentals)

• More than 24 hours before rental start:
  Full refund (100%)
• Within 24 hours of rental start:
  Partial refund (50%)
• After rental start time:
  No refunds
• Security deposits:
  Fully refunded if the order is cancelled before the rental begins
• Platform fees/taxes:
  Refunded in accordance with the above terms
• Rentoolz reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason with full refund
